With a little motorcycle care and service you can decrease the risk of a break down.

We all know no one wants to be stranded on the side of the road. We'll show you how basic motorcycle care and motorcycle service using simple inspections and checks can not only increase the life of your motorcycle but can also decrease the big maintenance hassles and heartaches. We'll also look at some tips and modifications to make your ride more comfortable and relaxing. So enough of the rambling, let's get to it.

One of the inevitable and embarrassing things that will happen to most riders will be the ever disheartening broken down on the side of the road. It happens to all bikes regardless of make and model so we're not going to talk about which bike is better. The fact is with the vibrations that all bikes go through, something is bound to happen. So let's look at some of the things we can do to limit the number of times we're left on the shoulder or in a parking lot scratching our heads.

So what's the correct pressures to run? What should you look for in a tread design? We'll touch on all that and even go into some care and maintenance that you can do to help get more out of your rubber.

There is nothing worse then getting out on the road and having to stop every 50 miles or so because your butt can't go any further. To help you out there, we'll fix ya up with custom seats and pads to help soothe the old tush. And when it gets cold, there is nothing better then a warm seat. We have some tips on different seats you can get and even some thoughts on installing your own heated seat to keep you warm on cold morning rides.

Emergencies, as I stated before are not fun. And being safety conscious, we'll give you some of our thoughts and ideas about how to handle emergencies and what you can do to help prevent them. No, we're not going to preach helmets here, it's not our place. We're referring to emergencies that can be prevented with some basic motorcycle care and maintenance and what to do if an emergency should arise.

Okay, so, for what ever reason, you need to store your bike. Either winter has come or you are heading to a small deserted island for three months. What do you do? There are so many different things that can be done based on the bike you ride, the temperature it's being stored at, etc. We'll look at the basics to get you started.
